About the course

This 15-min course introduces what constitutes as bribery and corruption as defined by Malaysian law, specifically the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009. It will also help you to understand the recent amendments to the MACC Act 2009 and the key features of the Corporate Liability Provision which comes into effect in June 2020.
