This 2-day core programme is the third module of the Fundamental of Corporate Directorship (FCD) series. It is specifically designed for directors who come from a non-finance background and for newly appointed directors.

The programme’s overall objective is to inculcate key financial reporting and analysis competencies and skills expected of directors in order to comply with the corporate reporting requirements and provide guidance as to how they can interpret the numbers in quarterly and annual financial reports. Through this programme, participants will also learn to apply various tools to evaluate financial performance and corporate viability, approve investment proposals and safeguard company assets. At the end of the programme, directors should be able to make better data-supported judgment and contribution towards boardroom discussions and decision-making on financial matters.
