The Malaysian government will be reviewing its energy-related policies, which includes a look into granting multiple entities access to its energy facilities under the Third Party Access (TPA) scheme, announced Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri. As part of the review, the government will also increase existing grants and subsidies for the commercialisation and use of renewable energy and related technologies. The prime minister said that moving forward, development of green energy sources should be made a priority for all aspects of policy planning.
