Solarvest to develop solar facilities with NCT Land at Selangor Smart Industrial Park

Solarvest Bhd is exploring a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with property developer NCT Land Sdn Bhd to develop 1,000 units of solar ready factories and warehouses at the Selangor Smart Industrial Park. The MoU spans two years and will provide decarbonisation services to NCT Land’s local facilities. Solarvest said that the joint development plan will mean opportunities for further collaboration beyond renewable energy projects, such as in electric mobility and energy efficiency.
