Energy infrastructure company Yinson Holdings has raised RM283.2 million via a private placement to expand its renewable energy and green technology business. Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) was the anchor investor. "Our investment aligns with our commitment to responsible investing, which we have firmly committed to as a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment,” said KWAP’s chief investment officer Hazman Hilmi Sallahuddin.
