Chapter Zero, the UK chapter of the World Economic Forum's Climate Governance Initiative, has launched a Board Toolkit to help boards structure a discussion about climate change, and ensure their businesses have the strategic plans in place to respond to climate change.

To provide further support for Boards, Chapter Zero has also designed the Board Readiness Check, an automated tool to help them understand how ready the company is to address climate challenges. It allows Boards to identify the board’s intended target state for the five key areas in comparison to the current state, so they can establish a need for action.
