About the Report:
Many companies today engage in corporate giving, but how can companies move one level up and ensure that this is done strategically?
This report, created by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre in Singapore, is targeted at helping Singaporean companies to do good well – i.e. by ensuring that giving is not just ad-hoc or transitional, but strategic and impactful. The material is similarly relevant for a Malaysian audience as the principles presented are universal.
It identifies the evolution of corporate giving in 3 stages, and companies are guided along 7 steps to ensure its corporate giving evolves to be more strategic. The report also highlights case studies by companies for the purpose of peer learning.
