The London-based global insurance group - Howden, has launched a first-of-its-kind insurance facility for commercial-scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) facilities. The facility covers environmental damage and revenue loss due to CO2 leakage from CCS projects. This initiative aims to support the global transition to net zero by addressing key risks associated with CCS technology.
